Astronomy: Construct an Observatory in India

Construct an Observatory in India and take Astronomy to masses

India is lagging far behind in terms of public awareness of Space, Astronomy and in general things Space. When public participates in some branch of thought that area tends to advance rapidly. The science branch consisting of Space in advanced countries has become the next frontier for business and of course for other things. There are plans for tourism, mining, colonies in outer space, on Moon and Mars. The implementations are well underway. Compared to that, awareness about Space is meager in India.

In an attempt to popularize things Space among general public especially the school children in India, I would like to construct an observatory in Andhra Pradesh, India. In that attempt I am gathering information to undertake such a task. As I gather some information on this subject I would post on this site.

Some societies are plagued by socio-cultural diseases like CASTE.

It is time to cure societies from these diseases. India, among a handful of other countries, is an example of existence of one such disease, CASTE.

Can anyone rationalize that a person can be born into a profession and into an untouchable group? Its a shame on followers of Caste System that in the name of ancient civilization, religion, scriptures and tradition, people today still support such grossly barbaric and inhuman practice.
