Simple Life

 Introduction

Vish, the Protagonist, believes that "Human Life is Simple and is the sum of its Actions”. John Galsworthy, in 1867, stated similarly before, “A man is the sum of his actions…”. Expanding on this, Vish made it a tool so it can become an implementation method.

Vish believed that the life’s larger context is the ability to survive and with sustainable human well-being. Vish believed the "larger context" perspective offered human perpetuation. Vish by this belief with conviction and wisdom, was ready and willing to help pave the ideological way for the new age. His New-Age Ideology was based on the Humanology combined with consequential Human Actions (measured with LifeScore) and both applied to the politics, economics, and society for the 22nd century. Thus defined Vish, his New-Age Ideology and Governance.

Vish, with knowledge of human history and wisdom of possibilities, in his book "Life’s Larger Context", reasoned that one can perpetuate the good things in life that transcend across humanity. He offered a formula for a better life here, now, and forever.

Vish defined Human Life as "Sum of Actions for Self and Selfless". He formalized that into a mathematical equation. A quaint, a singular, and a rather simplistic formula.

Life = Sum of Actions [(Self (X) + (Selfless (Y) * Z)) +/- Context score]
       Self -> Actions for Self
       Selfless -> Actions for others that bind people in a real and metaphysical way (Spiritual)
       X, Y -> accepted weights by each society
       Z -> multiplier number
       +/- Context score -> weighted score to quantify along with a qualification (-ve/+ve) for an action… Hurting is negative (-ve), and Helping is positive (+ve). For harsher measures, use a higher context score and magnitude to be determined by local culture, societies, times, geographies, and wisdom.

The incapable person gets the Child score. Vish says each country can customize this LifeScore formula to suit its own needs for its members. Each society provides its own weights and context scores.

Viswas proclaimed, "In the New-Age Governance, LifeScore, as defined, is a central tenet. Governments used the LifeScore to determine the entitlements or rewards at the individual level." LifeScore entitled everybody to material comforts according to their score. All actions of hard work, or lack thereof, were quantified and rewarded. At first glance, this notion appeared almost Utopian, yet the Core Team remained convinced of its feasibility and offered detailed instructions for its execution.

The thought-persona Viswas, the manifested alter-ego of Vish, was on-hand for continuous observations and commentaries. Viswas was omnipresent and like a spokesperson for Vish. Viswas offers a running commentary on the book “Life’s Larger Context”. Viswas identity goes by any gender since it’s an abstract manifestation of an alter-ego. One who understands this book could converse with Viswas!

Viswas further simplified the LifeScore formula. She explained the formula as that provided a measure or a number or a metric so one could use it to calculate the entitlements or rewards based on the actions that were for self or selfless and if those actions were helping or hurting. This was applicable universally and for the entire humanity.

Viswas said everything a human does or does not is helpful or hurtful to fellow beings. Good or bad, useful, or useless depends on social context and societal perspective. He emphasizes the checks and balances in its implementations.

Viswas further propounded, "Life is a chance happening and is a sum that is greater than its parts. It is a mix of materials with resulting characteristics that separates it from individual constituent materials."

Viswas stated that in a cause-and-effect paradigm of Human existence (a chance occurrence), human actions or no-actions were the causes and consequent results were the effects. There was no destiny and no other meaning to human existence than the consequence of their actions. The acknowledgment of extinction events could explain the NO destiny concept. He reasoned that, if there was destiny or meaning to life, there would have been no extinction events in which life became worthless instantly and if started again it will from scratch. Life comes into and out of existence by chance.

Viswas, the almost spokesperson of Vish, said “There is no design or agenda to life’s existence. Since Humans can conceive, create, and construct why not indulge in it positively? Create, progress, and preserve. But Humans also can be static, retrogressive, and destructive which characteristics they should avoid indulging in very consciously.”

Viswas reminds everyone of Vish's motto– “Be Creative. Be Positive. Be helpful.”

This was the year 2100 AD. There were SIX influencer actors who propagate and implement Vish's New-Age Ideology across the globe. Also, come to be known as The CORE TEAM, the global convention of New-Age Ideology believers from time to time chose this group.

The six influencers Adit, Maria, Lea, Kirl, Grace, and Sparq, constituting the current Core team, took up the mantle to implement Vish’s New-Age Ideology in select countries, what was once called in the 21st century but referred to in this book by those same names for ease of benchmark reference, Norway, New Zealand, Slovenia, Namibia, Uruguay, and UAE. Core Team chose these countries because they are progressive, forward-looking, and small on their respective continents even in the late 21 century.

Mr. Vish is from Nepal, and the Protagonist in absence! He authored the seminal book titled "Life’s Larger Context" in 2050. He had a huge following across the world. We will know more about him by following his staunch supporters of his ideology. Here, let me introduce you to the fabulous “CORE TEAM of SIX”:

Mr. Adit is from Japan. He is an expert in economics, Information Technology including AI and Quantum Computing, a certified pilot for airplane and seaplane and is an avid video gamer and game developer.

Ms. Maria is from Mexico. She is a Political Scientist, an expert in Economics, Governance, and Administration and a Space colonist.

Ms. Lea is from France. She is an archeologist, anthropologist, sociologist and Humanologist, an activist and supports major social reform groups and a geographer and has major credentials in Human geography.

Mr. Kirl is from Russia. He is a Mathematician, Philosopher, and an Artist, has set up many Observatories and Planetariums and created Science centers and Meditation centers for populations in many countries.

Ms. Grace is from Namibia. She is a biologist and has expertise in Life Sciences and has research publications on genetics and is a birdwatcher or birder and an ornithologist.

Ms. Sparq is from Dubai. She is a Nurse, an educationist, a philanthropist and is an Education advisor on many School and College boards.

I have tried to showcase all the six influencers’ journey throughout this book while they implement the New-Age Ideology across the globe. This book also attempts to draw the landscape of politics, economy, and society in the countries like Norway, New Zealand, Slovenia, Namibia, Uruguay, UAE as they implement Vish’s New-Age Ideology.
